It can be difficult for facilitators, directors and teachers to find time for reflection in the midst of all the different projects they have to juggle. 

I've been training and mentoring facilitators for over twenty years, and, while I certainly don't have all the answers, I've discovered that my biggest impact comes from guiding others towards new ways of thinking.
